Refund policy
This policy applies to orders placed at Educational Engineering Store (shop.eduengteam.com), which is run by Ashraf S A AlMadhoun, an individual trading as Educational Engineering Team (EET).
Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Email info@eduengteam.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reason. Wait for our approval and instructions before you send the item. We can't accept items that are sent back without approval.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused and in the same condition you received it
- in its original packaging, with all parts and accessories
- accompanied by your order number or other proof of purchase

Return shipping costs
You pay the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or was not what you ordered (see below). We don't provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email info@eduengteam.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a short description of the problem and photos of the item and its packaging.
If we confirm the problem, we will replace the item or refund it. If we need the item back, we'll cover the return shipping cost. Where sending the item back isn't reasonable, we may replace or refund it without asking for it to be returned.
Items that can't be returned
- Opened consumables, such as 3D printer filament and resin, unless they arrived faulty, damaged or wrong
- Items damaged by misuse, for example by incorrect wiring, incorrect power supply, soldering or modification
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We handle exchanges as a return plus a new order. Request a return for the item you have as described above, and place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
When your returned item arrives, we'll inspect it and email you to say whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the refund to your account.

Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you also have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling an item more than is necessary to check it. Nothing in this policy affects the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
